For the fifth consecutive year, Terracom successfully implemented its four-day workweek during June and July with no reduction in salary or employee benefits. True to its values and with a firm commitment to the well-being of its people, Terracom announces the implementation of the four-day work week for the 5th consecutive year during the summer months. The initiative, which has now become a permanent part of Terracom's corporate culture, will be applied again this year for the months of June and July, with the aim of strengthening the balance between professional and personal life, without any reduction in employees' salaries or labor rights.
