Terracom participated in the event “Occupational Health and Safety: Prevention and Management of Psychosocial Risks”

Terracom participated in the event “Occupational Health and Safety: Prevention and Management of Psychosocial Risks”, which took place on Monday, May 11, 2026, at the General State Archives Building – Historical Archive of Epirus, in Ioannina.

Our participation in the event was a valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives on mental health, burnout prevention, and the importance of building a workplace culture based on trust, respect, and meaningful employee support.

Through the discussion, the importance of small yet impactful practices that can improve employees’ daily experience and overall wellbeing within an organization was strongly highlighted.

The event was organized by the Department of Psychology and the Special Unit of Evidence-Based Psychiatry of the Department of Social Medicine and Mental Health of the Medical School at the University of Ioannina, in collaboration with the Hellenic Institute for Occupational Health and Safety (ELINYAE), as part of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.

At Terracom, we believe that creating a safe, supportive, and healthy work environment is essential for growth, collaboration, and professional development. Participating in initiatives that promote mental health and wellbeing at work is part of our ongoing commitment to our people and the wider community.

We would like to sincerely thank the organizers and all participants for the insightful and meaningful discussion.
