Terracom Explores the New LiveAll and QR-Patrol Visitor Management

The new LiveAll website and web app and QR-Patrol’s Visitor Management module were the focus of one of our Wednesday knowledge-sharing sessions at Terracom. Anna and Harry showed us how the two solutions support different business needs, from communicating with customers to managing visits on-site.

A closer look at the new LiveAll website and web app

Anna walked us through the redesigned LiveAll website and the new web app. We saw how businesses can send SMS and Viber messages from the same platform and use Tracked Links to see how often people click the links they share.

We also got to know Liv, LiveAll’s AI Agent, and saw how it fits into the updated web app.

Managing visits digitally with QR-Patrol

Harry introduced Visitor Management, an add-on module for QR-Patrol that digitises the process of managing a visit. Visitors can pre-register, check themselves in on arrival and check out quickly using a link or QR code.

Site teams can see who is on-site in real time. Before entering, visitors can also complete required safety training, fill in documents, acknowledge relevant instructions and take quizzes. This helps organisations manage visits more efficiently and make safety requirements part of the entry process.

Our Wednesday sessions give us a chance to see what colleagues across Terracom are working on. The questions and conversations that follow each presentation help us understand how different teams contribute to the products we build.
