Getting to Know LibreChat, Terracom’s Internal AI Assistant

How can we make it easier to find the information we need at work? That question was the starting point for one of our Wednesday knowledge-sharing sessions at Terracom, where we explored LibreChat, our internal AI assistant.

The previous week, we had been introduced to the Terracom AI Agent (Tái). This time, we turned our attention to how we can use AI in our day-to-day work within the company.

Bringing information from different systems together

LibreChat brings together information from different company systems. The aim is to make it easier to find what we need, spend less time searching and give teams more flexibility in how they work.

The session was led by Kyriakos from our IT team and Angelos, who is completing an internship at Terracom in IT and software development. They showed us how the assistant could support everyday tasks. The presentation prompted questions, discussion and ideas about where it might be useful across different teams.

Learning from one another

Our Wednesday sessions have become a favourite tradition at Terracom. They give us time to share what we know, hear different perspectives and discuss ideas with colleagues from other teams. People with years of experience and those just starting their careers all have something to bring to the conversation.
